Card Distribution: Each participant in Rummy Satta starts with a hand of thirteen cards.
The main aim of the game is to arrange all 13 cards into combinations that make sense. Using the cards in your hand, create runs (sequences) and/or sets (groups).
legitimate Declaration: A player needs to hold a minimum of two sequences in order to make a legitimate declaration and win the game.
A set of cards from the same suit organized in ascending numerical order is called a sequence. For instance, 5 6 7 can be a legitimate sequence.
Sets: Three or four cards of the same rank from separate suits make form a set. As an example, 3♠ 3♦ 3♥ is a legitimate set.
Rules for Declarations: No cards may be added to or taken out of the hand after a legitimate declaration has been made.
No Talking: Players are not permitted to talk to one another throughout the game in any way, either verbally or non-verbally.
No Outside Help: It is totally forbidden to employ outside help or support to obtain an unfair edge in the game.
No Cheating: It is totally prohibited to engage in any kind of manipulation, fraud, or cheating. Breaking these regulations could get you kicked out of the game and lose your earnings.
First Drop: A player will lose 20 points if they walk away from the table without selecting any cards.
Middle Drop: A 40-point penalty is incurred for leaving the table after selecting some cards.
Invalid Declaration: An invalid declaration carries an 80-point penalty.
Show Rule Violation: A player will lose 80 points for failing to follow the rules about when and how to reveal their winning hand.
