Dream Rummy Rules
Dream Rummy is played with two decks of 52 cards and two jokers. Each player is dealt 13 cards and the goal is to arrange all 13 cards in valid sequences and sets. A player can declare as soon as they have arranged all 13 cards in valid sequences and sets.
The first player to declare wins the game. If the game ends without anyone going out, all players count the value of the cards remaining in their hands. The winner is the player with the least points.
- A player can only use the joker as a wild card if they do not have any other card of that suit in their hand.
- A player cannot declare if they have any deadwood cards in their hand. Deadwood cards are cards that cannot be used to form a valid sequence or set.
- A player can only pick up a card from the open deck if they cannot make a valid declaration.
- A player can only discard a card from their hand if it is not a deadwood card.
