Taj Rummy Variants
Taj Rummy has 4 main variants of rummy as its core games, these are;
- Pools Rummy: This is the most popular variant of rummy on Taj Rummy app. In Pools Rummy, players are dealt 13 cards and the goal is to form valid sequences and sets of cards. The first player to meld all of their cards wins the game.
- Points Rummy: This is another popular variant of rummy on Taj Rummy. In Points Rummy, players are dealt 13 cards and the goal is to form valid sequences and sets of cards, while also keeping the points of your cards below a certain limit. The player with the lowest points at the end of the game wins.
- Deals Rummy: This is a variation of Points Rummy where players are dealt a fixed number of deals (usually 2 or 3). The player with the lowest points at the end of the deal wins.
- Tournament Rummy: Taj Rummy also hosts a variety of tournaments with attractive prize pools. These tournaments are a great way to test your skills against other players and win real money.

51 Rummy: 51 Rummy is a fun variation of the classic card game, often played with 5 players. Each player aims to form sets and sequences to reach a total of 51 points. It adds a unique twist to the traditional rummy, making it a lively and engaging group game.
101 Rummy: 101 Rummy, also known as Indian Marriage Rummy, is played with two decks of cards. The goal is to form sets and sequences, aiming to reach a total score of 101 points. It’s a challenging and strategic version of rummy that requires skill and precision.
201 Rummy: 201 Rummy, often referred to as Continental Rummy, involves forming sets and sequences with the objective of accumulating 201 points. It’s typically played with multiple decks of cards and is known for its longer gameplay and complex strategies, making it a thrilling rummy variant for enthusiasts.
