Rummy Passion TDS Policy

TDS will be deducted under the following circumstances:

• Any withdrawal during the fiscal year.
• Final calculation at the end of the fiscal year.

TDS is levied at a fixed rate of 30% on Net Winnings. If aggregate Net Winnings are below ₹100 in a fiscal year, no TDS will be deducted.

Net Winnings Calculation:

• For the first withdrawal: Net winnings = A – (B + C)
• For subsequent withdrawals: Net winnings = A – (B + C + E)
• At the end of the financial year: Net winnings = (A + D) – (B + C + E)

Important Notes:

• No carry forward of Net Winnings or Losses to the next fiscal year.
• PAN details are mandatory for withdrawals, and TDS is deducted before withdrawal.
• Rummy Passion reserves the right to forfeit winnings if PAN details are incorrect.
• Users must provide PAN details for TDS refund claims.
• TDS may be deducted at the end of the fiscal year if PAN details are not provided.
• TDS and other taxes are subject to change, and Rummy Passion provides tax certificates on request.
